Actress Blake Lively attended the ‘You Know You Want It’ publication celebration at Henri Bendel last night in NYC rocking Stella McCartney’s $1600 Perforated Thigh High Boots. Rihanna was spotted wearing the same pair about 4 months ago out and about in New York. It appears as though every fashion forward celebrity is trying to get their hands on these legging-like boots. We’ve been sitting here trying to figure out how to wear these shoes. They are a cross between leggings, but reach up to the thigh. We had so many questions: Blake wore the boots with a shirt!? Is her bottom covered? Well we found out that she is indeed wearing a cami underneath her shirt, long enough to cover any of her lady parts from being exposed.
