Our boo, Marc Jacobs is suing that atrocious, sad excuse for a fashion designer, Christian Audigier, the man behind that Ed Hardy mess, for trademark infrigement. Marc is suing Audigier over the “Marc Pretty Nylon” bag we’re all familiar with. Hmm, this should be interesting!
