Inspiration: Think explosive, out of this world prints, toughened up with a heavy dose of leather. The images, courtesy of the Hubble telescope, were recreated in vivid hues, and adorned everything from wide legged trousers to A-line mini skirts.
Top Trends: Bold colour combinations of oranges, pinks and blues, along with matching separates, leather accents and full skirts.
Accessories: Feather-trimmed platforms and chunky black leather belts.
Favourite Looks: The full-waisted leather biker jacket teamed with vivid orange and purple printed dress is incredible, as well as the pink and purple high-necked mini dress. This is Christopher Kane at his absolute best.
Thoughts: Taking his signature prints in a refreshingly different direction, as well as adding new silhouettes to the line-up, Kane knows which cuts work best when attempting to show off the prints to their full advantage. We see new takes on the classic shift dress, which this time comes with a drop-waisted skirt, three-quarter length lantern sleeves or a high collar neckline. This innovative collection proves just how versatile prints can be, and has produced amazing results.
