Cutrone was named the 20th most powerful person in PR by “PRWeek” in 2010.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN
Kelly Cutrone and her colleagues at People’s Revolution will choose from the top voted submissions.

WHAT THE WINNER WILL GET
The winner will get special access to shoot a runway show during NYC Fashion Week 2011. The winner will also be given access to shoot candids at a VIP fashion party and spend 3 days alongside the team at People’s Revolution. If needed, travel and accommodation will be provided to NYC for 3 days during Fashion Week 2011 from February 10 -17.

In addition, Kelly Cutrone will curate a selection of photographs taken by the winner to be posted and promoted on her social media networks.
