Get the Best Eyebrows for Your Face Shape
There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all brow. From thick to thin, round to straight, having the right eyebrows for your face shape can make or break your look. Spruce & Bond’s brow lab is the go-to destination for beautiful, bold arches offering three types of services: Shaping, Tinting, and Blueprint (which combines shaping and tinting). Not sure what looks right on you? Seek out a specialist to help determine how to get the perfect arches depending on your unique face shape and features. We did just that and called on Ronia Alaoui, Senior Brow Specialist at Spruce & Bond Flatiron to give us some quick tips on how to get the best brows for a range of different face shapes.
Round Face – Full Brows with Angled Arch
For a round face shape, it’s best to create the look of full brows with an angled arch. When your face is curvy, creating a sharp angle on your brow helps to provide a vertical counterpoint on the face.
Oval/Long Face – Straight Brows
With a longer face shape, the horizontal element is key. Elongating the brow while keeping a minimal arch will make your face appear more oval.
Square Face – High, Curved Arch
Bigger is better when it comes to a square face. A thick brow with a high, curved arch will help elongate your face and draw less attention to an angular jawline (which often tends to be the focal point with square-shaped faces).
