The first blowdry-only bar concept, drybar, has opened it’s doors in L.A. The tag line reads, “No cuts. No Color. Just Blowouts. Only $35.” Yes you read that right, only $35 dollars for any blowdry off the creative and cute menu they offer. And the even better news? It is open 7 days a week and walk-ins are welcome and accommodated, unlike most of the salons nowadays!

Alli Webb is the co-founder of drybar. Originally trained by Toni & Guy, and later having spent years assisting legendary stylist John Sahag in New York City, gave Webb her passion for hair styling and the business. “Often several of my clients, who happened to be friends, would come to one home to have their blowouts done together. After watching them have so much fun, in a comfy environment with a little gossip, great music and sometimes a cocktail or two”, said Webb, “I realized that women, wanted a better blowout, a better experience, and a better price – especially in this economy.”
You will have the opportunity to relax by sipping on complimentary cocktails and watching episodes of “Sex and the City” while getting your blowout at drybar. A menu of tasty light bites and sweat treats will also be offered. And if you’re one of those on-the-go business ladies, each blow station is equipped with iphone docs/chargers!
