“I really want a Gothic castle or a church, but I haven’t had time. I’ve only been home for about two weeks in the last two years.”

I really want a Gothic castle too but I’ve been broke for the past two years.

I mean, who isn’t obsessed with Florence Welch? The cold, cold fashion world is no exception. First, Frida Giannini of Gucci named Florence as her muse, then Flo’ performed at Chanel‘s last show and now Karl Lagerfeld is returning the favor by snapping photos for Florence + the Machine‘s new single Shake it Out. The super talented Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine landed the October cover of Interview Magazine. Who else can’t wait for the new album?!
First we heard Florence Welch was Gucci designer, Frida Giannini‘s new muse, now it’s been revealed that the costumes Florence will be wearing on tour with Florence + the Machine were designed by the Italian fashion house.
Florence raves: “I was completely bowled over by her collection. The dresses seemed perfect for my shows, the colours, the shapes, the movement in the fabric. So it seemed natural that we work together on creating some pieces for my upcoming U.S. tour.”
Speaking of their tour, I totally missed their show in LA last night. Who went?

I'm A-muse-ing.
We have to say, Florence Welch of Florence + Machine definitely has the muse-factor considering her ethereal look. It’s no surprise Frida Giannini feels the same.
The creative director of Gucci tells Dazed Digital:
“As I was imagining this collection I was thinking of a strong and somewhat mysterious muse. Florence is that kind of woman. I met her in Los Angeles at this year’s Grammys and was captivated by her presence. She has a powerful personality and an entrancing quality to her performances. She also has that confident and self assured look that goes hand in hand with the Gucci woman.”
Get it Florence!

The talented Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine wore head-to-toe Fall 2010 Yves Saint Laurent at the Q Awards. Sigh, how gorgeous are the Palais shoes with this outfit?
Dubbed the Bibi, these suede Christian Louboutin platforms with a chunky heel make standing on your feet for hours a tad less painful. Halle Berry (not pictured), Florence Welch, Sandra Bullock and Blake Lively all have a pair of these. Of course Anna Wintour’s BFF Blake has another pair in tan. Valley Girl represent!
Ahhh! I want to wake up Christmas morning and see these shoes under the tree but that’s probably not going to happen unless I buy them myself somehow (somehow = do hood thangs). That and I’m totally trying to be an adult here and actually beg for something I NEED (recession woes) like a buhdass camera instead of a pair of shoes. Ugh, Anna Wintour, please be my friend I want free shit.
