Madonna is opening Hard Candy Fitness global gyms in major cities around the world. The first location is a 30,000 square foot space scheduled to open in Mexico City mid November in the exclusive Bosques de las Lomas area.

So if you recall, Lourdes Leon, Madonna’s daughter started blogging for her Material Girl line and sounded a lot like Chingy and Jermaine Dupri. Well they took down her blog and now it’s back! Here are some epic excerpts of her last post:
“A lot of you asked me what color I was dying my hair and it’s actually going to be like a kind of cherry blackish thingy bobbie. OH MY DAIZ.”
“In the Material Girl collection, there’s gonna be a whole area of like one of a kind vintage things! HOLLA. Anyway… so I’m gonna bring my camera to East London and take pictures of cool looking people and come off as weird cuz I’m gonna ask people to like stand still so I can take pics of them… but it will be LOL so yeah.”

Aw! Madonna’s daughter Lourdes has officially written her first blog-post and the first thing I thought was ” awwwww, she writes!” If you’re a Madge-Hag like myself you remember Lola when she was a fetus and now she’s all grown up and shiz.*Tear Tear* and OMG I am writing like her!

Helluuur thurrrr, I’m Lola and this is my first blog entry so it’s kind of like ummmm….
…I am totally obsessivo about 80’s shorts… You know the kind that makes your butt look kinda big, with a grunge-looking shirt tucked in. It’s kinda nerdy but I love it. And the 80’s are another huge obsession of mine, which is totally amazingly awesome because Material Girl…HELLO! It’s like 80’s themed, which pretty much rocks, so yeah. I’m still in love with brogues or as some people call them “oxford shoes”. I haven’t found a good sandal so I’m on like a search right now.
What she’s not obsessivo with is Gladiator sandals:
OK but no joke gladiator sandals are OUT. They came out in summer 2008 and I was like, ok those are really cute. Then 2009 comes around and people are still wearing them so I’m like, ok whatever it’s just a phase. BUT NOOOOO. Because good old 2010 is now coming along and people are STILL wearing them, and then I was just like OK NO! It’s been three years people COME ON!!!!!!!!! I’m just like what????
It’s like watching a little Madonna-baby with bushy eyebrows grow into this little HBIC, and while most are probably thinking “shut the eff up you spoiled twat!” I’m thinking I’m in love and she’s my biological daughter. P.S. the blog is down, the Gladiator Sandal Armada ain’t having it.

It was only a few days ago when Madonna signed a deal to create her own clothing line for Macy’s, and apparently that’s not all she’s been up to. Madonna has teamed up with old friends Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana to design a collection of sunglasses for the Italian label.
“We’re so excited,” Gabbana told WWD. “This further strengthens our relationship with Madonna, and it was a very constructive experience for us. She is very exacting and a professional who seeks perfection in everything she does, and this was no exception.”
The co-branded collaboration is the first for the design duo. Each sunglass will bear the letter M on the arm. Madonna will not only design the collection, but she will be the face of all advertisements. The collection will go on sale this May, just in time for summer!
Madge & Lourdes
Madonna and Iconix Brand Group Inc. have joined forces to create a fast fashion junior collection called “Material Girl” for Macy’s. The brand, which will be sold in 200 Macy’s stores and online at macys.com, is inspired by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes.
Since the launch date is in August 2010, the collection will focus on back-to-school apparel, however it will branch out to footwear, handbags and jewelry all ranging from $12.00 to $40.00.
Looks like Madonna needs some help from Photoshop like everyone else. We have to say, the retouchers did a pretty amazing job on this Louis Vuitton ad.
Whatever, retouched or not, Madonna looks better than most women her age.
